One Stop Shop Development & Production

In today’s reality many employees in need of instruction or acquiring new skills, are scattered across the globe, and specific instructors are not always available in the same area. E-learning and digitized courses are therefore an efficient and convenient solution for both employees and organizations.

Delivering learning opportunities to employees across the globe via preordained courses or by specific needs

We develop and offer specific courses intended for the professional advancement of teachers and employees in many industries and fields of knowledge, enabling diversity, expanding options and promoting success.

Enriched by these courses, teachers can apply their newly acquired skills to provide a richer, broader and more engaging learning experience.

Employees obtain new skill sets, gain access to cutting-edge information and improve their overall professional knowledge and proficiency for the benefit of their organization as well as their career.

E-learning and digitized courses are therefore an efficient and convenient solution for both employees and organizations. E-learning can answer specific needs of different employees and be accessible from multiple locations as well as different time zones. It can also create a learning community without being dependent on geographic proximity and allows database creation and creation of control mechanisms.

Such courses can be short or long, can involve a teacher or be developed as a “self-consumption” type of course. The learning structure can also be diverse and adapted to specific group needs – linear content base or “tree” type courses, so that the learner chooses the order of components he or she requires.

Several pedagogy models are available for professional development via e-learning:

Reverse Classroom

Self-consumption course, developed with several types of media: video, self-research, written theory materials, among others. All materials are consumed by the learner himself. Further training and research of the course’s material is conducted with a professional expert and with other members who are taking the same course.

Group Based Learning
A collaborative model, enabling groups of students to choose a specific subject or challenge and work in collaboration while conducting research to find several solutions and finally, present the collaborative recommended solution.

Hybrid Course Model

This type of course includes both a-synchronic self-consumption learning, with synchronous online meet-ups and learning sessions. The final mix between components is determined based upon student characteristics and the course subject.
